The key to getting an employee work schedule that meets your needs as well as those of your employees is to define the work first, then match available employees with just the right set of skills to the job. With the TimeSolver system, you tell the computer what you need done and when you need it done, and then you fill in the schedule either manually or automatically with qualified employees.
Once you get your schedule filled, you can use our Employee Utilization Report to determine if everyone is getting enough hours, or if you need to hire additional staff. You can even decide if you want to cross-train an employee so that they can fill in the schedule in other places.
