If you want to limit the total number of consecutive days that your employees can work then this feature is for you.  You can select up to eight consecutive days in a row, or allow your employees to work an unlimited number of days so that you can fill your schedule.  You can set the maximum consecutive days value differently for each employee if you wish, thereby giving you the maximum possible scheduling flexibility.
