Ralph's New Hat
How do you know when your customers really love your service? Well, we had a pretty good idea when we received an email from Ralph Sarlay at Boat Owners Warehouse with a picture of his new hat. Before we tell you about the hat, let's tell you a little about Ralph.
Ralph is the Assistant Manager for Boat Owners Warehouse in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and is responsible for creating work schedules for his employees. Since his company sells products to yacht owners, Ralph is used to making sure that everything is just right. His frustration with trying to create a work schedule that would work for everyone was really starting to get to him, so he looked for a computer program that could help him simplify the task.
In Ralph's own words, "The store scheduling became a very big, very stressful and time-consuming job. We needed a better way to communicate daily schedule changes to our floor managers. I tried to communicate by using our inter-company E-mail; unfortunately our people did not check their e-mails in a timely manner so they were not aware of any last minute changes that were made. Scheduling became a nightmare!"
Ralph signed up for an account and started working on his schedule right away. Like a man on a mission, he was committed to making it work just the way he wanted. Ralph goes on to say, "We signed up for 90 days (will now keep forever!). From that day on, my life got less stressful, scheduling got easier and faster. It took a while to enter in all the employee names and profiles, but now it's a click of the mouse and it's done. All you need is a good basic knowledge of computers and remember to follow the tutor's instructions. It becomes easier to navigate the more you use it."
Not only is Ralph happy with our program, but so is his boss, Paul. Paul had a custom hat made up for Ralph that says "GOT TIMESOLVER?" that Ralph proudly shows off.
